These terms govern your use of Workonekt. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Workonekt connects skilled tradespeople with employers across Europe. We help build profiles, match workers to opportunities, and facilitate introductions — we do not employ workers directly, and any employment relationship is between the worker and the hiring company.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or company per account.
Information you provide about your skills, experience, and qualifications must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresenting your qualifications may result in account suspension.
Job opportunities posted must be genuine and comply with applicable labor law in the country of employment. Employers are responsible for ensuring lawful working conditions, pay, and treatment of any worker hired through the platform.
Worker identity verification is performed on a best-effort basis using submitted documents. Workonekt does not guarantee the accuracy of self-reported information that has not been independently verified.
You may not use Workonekt to discriminate unlawfully, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid agreed fees once a placement has been made through Workonekt.
Workonekt's pricing is currently being finalized with early partners. Any fees will be clearly communicated and agreed before they apply to your account.
Workonekt facilitates introductions between workers and employers but is not a party to the resulting employment relationship. We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from that relationship, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of Workonekt after changes means you accept the updated terms.
