This policy explains what personal data Workonekt collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It applies to workers and employers using the Workonekt platform.
Workonekt is a recruitment platform connecting skilled tradespeople in Central Europe with employers across Europe. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at the email listed at the bottom of this page.
From workers: name, date of birth, nationality, contact details, city, occupation and experience, skills, languages, qualifications, mobility and pay preferences, and a government-issued ID document and/or CV you choose to upload.
From employers: company name, contact details, and the details of the positions you're hiring for.
Automatically: basic account and usage data needed to operate the service (login timestamps, language preference).
We process your data based on your consent (given when you create an account and submit information), and where applicable, to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (e.g., considering you for a job opportunity).
Worker profile information relevant to a specific job opportunity is shared with the employer for that opportunity once you express interest. Sensitive documents (ID, CV) are never shared with employers directly — they remain accessible only to Workonekt for verification purposes. Your private pay and job preferences are never shared with employers.
We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers (including Supabase for database and authentication, and Anthropic for AI-assisted matching and profile building) to operate the platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection agreements.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.
